Disney Corporation - Magic Comes To Timeshare
Disney - Resale Listings Search and resort information below:
Disney's reputation for quality and imagination is well known. That fine tradition continues in the Disney Vacation Club.
Disney Corporation has been very successful in the world of timeshare development. Offering resorts which are located both within the famous Walt Disney World Resort, as well as other locations, the accommodations are top rate and beautiful. Disney sells it's Disney Vacation Club as a points-based vacation membership. Points can be used in increments, which gives total flexibility to where and how long the owner can stay.
To become a Member of Disney Vacation Club, you purchase a real-estate interest in one of the Disney Vacation Club Resorts. The Resort where you purchase becomes your Home Resort, and the real-estate interest that you own at your Home Resort is represented by an annual allotment of Vacation Points.
You use your Vacation Points to stay at any Disney Vacation Club Resort, and you can also use them for vacation experiences available through Disney's Member Getaways program. You can choose from cruises, safaris, and other Disney Resorts, plus over 350 vacation destinations throughout the world.
You can customize the size of your ownership interest to meet your particular vacation requirements, such as the length of your stay, the time of year, the size of your accommodations, and the destination you choose.
What if you choose not to take a vacation at all? You can bank all of your unused Vacation Points from one year for a vacation the following year (some restrictions apply). Likewise, you can borrow your Vacation Points from next year to plan an extended getaway now.
